Some notes about how to eat well according to the teachings of Islam :
1. The most important is the food obtained by the lawful
2. does not contain elements of food that is forbidden religion
3. does not contain ingredients harmful to health bias
4. meal by dividing 3 part 1 part entrails for food, one for drinks and one part parts for air
5. Eat when hungry and stop eating before satiety [not to glut to burp]
6. Avoid eating foods that can harm our health.
7. Do not leave the dinner, because cholesterol increases
8. Do not eat fruit after a meal of rice, but eat fruit before eating rice.
9. Go to bed 1 hour after lunch.
